If a player is one of your starters, all you have to do is start them in your two league games and they should get around 60-65 minutes, the good spot for GS. If they are one of your backups, play them as a backup in your two league games, then start them in your scrimmage. If they didn't get a lot of minutes in your two league games, then you can play them the whole 48 minutes. However, if they only need around 25-30 minutes, then start them and have your starter at that position as the backup.
