Im playing a team that i know i am going to loose to on saturday, but it is a worth to try to change up the tactics, so my question is which defense is the best vs patience, and which offence is the best vs man to man.
Thanks in advance

I would counter with box and one for defense and playing patient yourself. Maybe something crazy can happen.

Only I'd use 3-2 or 1-3-1 zone against Patient. If you want to get exotic you could try outside box and one, it should put a good defender on their main outside man (to which they'll go a lot in patient), and the other 4 will form a zone to back it up. The box and one defense don't seem to work reliably, but if you want to try it out it shouldn't be a problem.
Man 2 man is just straight up defense without any strenght or weakness, so you should just run an offense which suits your team.

Well it depends who you think will get the most shots of for his team. It seems like his SG and PF take a lot of the shots, but I would go Outside Box and One... 1-3-1 would also be a decent idea, because it is very risky but it could help a lot and since you have nothing to lose, that would be a good plan.
