Oh boy, another arena thread? Yay! So, I'm definitely promoting this season, and I'm wondering how big my arena should be, and what expansions I should make before I get there. http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/30251/arena.aspx That's my arena. I think when I get the money, I'm going to make 250 LT next, but what should I do after that? And what should my prices be for when I get to D4 and I get the attendance boost?

I would build up about another 1000 bleachers and 1000 LT.

I would suggest 7 more boxes and pricing at 400.
Then work up your courtside seats. You see how those are your highest priced seats relative to starting price? You should build those up to 300.
Then as you get closer to promoting, you can concentrate on building bleachers/lower. Its too early in the season to worry about getting those up when you don't have your court/lux built up.

By the end of my second full season I had spent 2.5 M on my arena. However, it did take me 2.25 seasons to get out of Div 5.

I left div 5 with:
9600
1250
350
17

I'd personally put at least 100 courtside up too. We can let my dog break the tie.

I'd build 8000/1250/300/12, or somewhere close to that.

I would work up those Bleachers and Lower Tier right away, then work on Courtside and Luxury Boxes. You should still have plenty of money floating around in D IV to continue building. I would target 12000+ size arena before trying to promote to D III. Remember that it will be easier to build your arena in D V and D IV then in D III and higher (you will need to spend more on salaries to stay competitive).

I also decided to first focus on my arena while being in III. If I get to div II then I will probably be able to spend the money on players.

Courtside and luxury boxes will have maximum size within a week. I'm doubting very much about setting the "right" prices. I really could use some help in that matter.

My team is of 4th place and winning record is a little bit above 50% and expect to continue that for the remainder of the season.

On average I have 12 LB occupied and 300 CS. What's your advice about the prices??

Bleachers : 12000 (Current Price: $10) (Price as of 7/9/2013: $9)
Lower Tier : 4000 (Current Price: $20) (Price as of 7/9/2013: $18)
Courtside Seats : 500 (Current Price: $100) (Price as of 7/9/2013: $85)
Luxury Boxes : 50 (Current Price: $850) (Price as of 7/9/2013: $700)

Well, I have my boxes at the minimum, 400, in D III with 50 boxes. That still does not sell them out. My courtside are at 72, but anything between 70 and 75 should be ok. The other two matter more about performance. If you think you are going to do well, you might be able to bump your bleachers up to 12. If not, 8-10 should be fine. My lower tier are at 3000 and priced at 22, and that works well. I would imagine that you would want yours about where they are: sub $20.
Hope this helps,
