I personally don't like him because he has a ton of holes but also note that you shouldn't post him in the forums yet because it is not aloud since he is still on the TL.

Your chasing the wrong thing. Quit worrying about potential!! And start worrying about, what would be a good investment.

First of all, you're not allowed to link to players while they're on the transfer list for any reason.

Second of all, for a 19yo with that many holes especially that extra potential is worthless, the only way you'll reach it is by training him far longer than is cost-effective. Honestly also I think since you're a new team and seem relatively inexperienced (no offense), you'd be far better off picking up a nice 5-7 potential player or two to train. Here's why:

If you do get a player with 9-10 potential, there's a strong likelihood that you'll never actually take advantage of the greater opportunities his high ceiling affords you. As salary starts to rise and pops start to become less and less frequent, the motivation to train grows less and less and you really just want to play him as a full-time starter for league games and work on another trainee instead of playing him 1 game a week at most, quite possibly out of position.

Even if you do train him well and he reaches his full potential, his salary will be too much for you to afford. Even a SF build that requires MVP+ potential will easily cost you $80K+ per week, and that's a HUGE training project. If you build a more common guard/big man, he'll have a salary of at least $120K+. There is no way you will be able to sustain that type of salary and field a competitive team anytime in the near future.

Not trying to rain on your parade or bash your managing/training skills, but I'm just telling you things I've found to be true from my own experiences playing this game in the past as well as from watching other managers make mistakes.
