Hi, i write because am so sick of my team injuries. Summary:
7-13-2013: Injury: P.J. Yepes [2], D. Gardner[0].
7-18-2013: Injury: N. Diaz[1], L. Beasley[1].
7-27-2013: Injury: M. Terzis[2].
8-01-2013: Injury: I. Maldonado[2], L.Beasley[2].
8-06-2013: Injury: P.J. Yepes[1].

Now i have 4 injured (My usual rotation is 8 players), HALF TEAM INJURED!!
I think seven injuries of key players in less than a month, is too much. For now, probably cost me the relegation. Can think, buy some player, but i don't want to spend more money. For this Saturday and the next weeks (also have to retrieve the game shape), would not need one player, would need 2 or 3.

On the other hand, you can think, sure his players are prone to injury, but:
I. Maldonado: sixth season in the team, first injury this season.
N. Diaz: fifth season with the team, first injury this season.
L. Beasley: third season with the team, injured twice, for the first time this season...

I think some have "touch" in the game engine, but if you increase drastically injuries and complicate the shape of the transfer, you can have more than one exit the game.

You just got a bad case of bad luck that can happen to anyone.

You may need to buy a player or 2 for a week or 2 but you might be able to unload them before the deadline for playoff eligibility and get a decent return. That is if you are able to afford it.

Next week you are playing Pixiya Bullies and Timakinos. You might be able to take both of those teams out if you play your cards right.

If you can afford it,I would buy 1 old guy that can be a decent enough starter and one backup guy that is versatile and can play just about any position.

Pixiya is selling a lot of talent and if he does not restock you can easily take him with 5 good starters and 5 useless players behind them. You should run him over and save minutes on your starters

Timakinos is a team you really need to beat to stay ahead of. With your starters hopefully low on minutes from the first game I would play 6 guys. Your 5 best guys starting and then the versatile guy backing everyone up. CT this game and you have a very good shot at winning.

The following week you are playing teams that will likely beat you anyways so you can get TIE a game or 2 to get back that Enthusiasm you lost from the CT and you can work on your GS if any guys playing a boat load of minutes.

Hopefully injuries will not strike again and you can resell the players and get as much back as possible. It may cost a little but it can save your butt. IF you can beat the 5,6,8 teams I think you have a good shot at getting that 5th spot. The Great 8 has some good teams in the 6,7 spots so they may be tough beats.

I have had 3 starters injured in the past so I know how tough it is, but this gives you a good shot to show just how good of a manager you are.

Wellcome to 2012-13 L.A. Lakers xD
Some managers in my league are complaining about the same. To be honest, last week we had 12 players injured between all the teams... so dont come to III.2 xD
You have been warned!

Outside of possibly upgrading your doctor.... lvl 4 massage perhaps.
Another point IMO is the offense you are running as well. ... you play allot of LI some LP too. Your guys are going to take allotof punishment running this offenses game after game. I would recommend a secondary offense to run that will keep your team fresh.

But back to the doctor. ..a few seasons ago I had a basic doctor. ..I had a good team but by the end of the year I got to the finals but by that time I had 6 of my top 8 players on IR... unavailable.
My offense was LI......
Be advised with the trade-off with this popular offense.

This why you buy a good bench and play them in friendlies.

The same level doctor i have since i start playing at season 9. Level 2 - massage.
And have never been more than 3 injuried the same season. I think something has changed, I see a lot more players injured in other teams not only in mine.

PS: have more than 7-8 competitive players (9 while playing the tournament) is nonviable.

Not one of these games is a scrimmage so what exactly is your point again?

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I think that you'd be a lot less frustrated going forward if you ungraded to level 4. I've kept level 4 with no specialty for several seasons now and while I do get the odd in game injury I've never had more than 1 long term injury during any 1 season (touch wood) and I've always been completely healthy for the playoffs. I played season 23 without a single long term injury.

You can certainly have 10-11 competitive players (I currently have 11 that I consider competitive but three are still in training and one I'm rarely playing in league while I'm training at the C position.

As far as doctors, I have just gone on the assumption that all doctors of the same level are not equal. I generally keep my doctors until I have a couple of injuries, at which point I'll replace them - but I haven't really seen a whole lot of difference there between levels 3 and 4 or even with 2 earlier. It probably does matter in the long run but injuries are an instance where it's hard to say it "balances out" since there's no state in between healthy and injured.
