I searched the froum but couldn't find an answer that satisfied me.

So, I'm in D.IV and currently holding the 7th spot in my division. Now, who exactly well be relegated? Only the guy on the 8th spot, or also me?

The end of a season isnt all fun and glory, however. Four teams from each division will be demoted to a lower level of divisions. The 8th seed in each conference is automatically demoted, and the 6th-ranked team from each conference competes with the 7th-ranked team from the other conference in a best-of-three relegation series. The fifth-ranked teams are safe, but they dont get a shot at the championship, either.

This was in the "Standings" section of the Rules. And you don't have to worry anyways. D.IV teams don't get relegated...at least not until that entire level has user teams, which it doesn't. Just plan on being in that same league next season.

You're in the bottom division in Switzerland, so nobody can be relegated. Also, if the bottom division of a country is entirely bot-filled, relegation doesn't happen. For example, the USA, has 5 divisions, but all the active teams are in D.IV or above, so nobody relegates out of D.IV.

If you could relegate, the two 8th place teams teams relegate. In addition, the 6th place team plays a best-of-3 series with the 7th place team in the opposite conference with the loser relegating.

Even though you can't relegate, you will still play the relegation playoff. The first two games will be scheduled for Tuesday and Saturday week, after the final league game is played on this coming Saturday. As the 7th place team, you will play away the first game, and at home for the 2nd. If a 3rd game is necessary it will be scheduled after the first two games have been played (on Tuesday April 29).

Since the games aren't scheduled that far in advance, you might want to make sure that your default lineup is set.
