BB neeeeed to lower player salary to adjust to the ever lowering price for players or else BB will make the transfer market meaningless and salary a superficial limitation.

Another solution is to bump up training speed and maxes for players so a new batch of michael jordans can fix up the price again and actually attest salary to its transfer value.

I mean, if you are gonna have $100k+ salary players going for not 1 million, not half million but couple hundred thousands on the market, what does that say about theses players' value?

They are worthless? Not according to their salaries. They are worthy? Not according to their market demand.

I agree
I have a player that has another pop still to go in JS & JR
but if I make him better, he will:
A) Cost me too much or
B) Be worth less on the market because his salary is too high
how ridiculous that a better player is worth less

Doesn't make sense to me that having a few players on your roster for many seasons doesn't reflect in the merchandise if they happen to come from a country not your own especially if you trained them from a young age

We should have a trading center so that great players shall get traded for other players who are amazing for example;
The Quebec Pugs have a 200k player and the Pugs get multiple offers and they pick they're favourite offer a day after the deadline and they can fix up the offer a bit and then they will give the other team the offer they changed etc.So teams trade for what they need for example;prospects or other good players or if you want money you go to the transfer market.For a trading center,We need to have a limit that if you put a 100k guy up for trades then if you wanted to trade for him then you would need to have the the total deal salary within 40k unless you trade a MVP 20 year old or younger etc

This. But with winning and losing streaks affecting more. Won last 2 games ++ 3 +++ etc. Similar for losses.
