From what I have gathered, Izaman only put his hand up because noone else would. His motivation to continue another two seasons as NT is questionable. Thats why I put my hand up.
I'ld bring a fresh new look at the NT role. I am very keen and motivated to put the hard work in to improve Nippon's overall ranking not only in the short term, but long term. This would involve liasing with teams of current players, fringe players and future prospects and developing training strategies that would better suit the National team.
Thinking outside the box. I would like to establish a "Top 10 players" list for various positions and age groups. I feel this is a great way for teams to understand how their players rate against current NT level players and where they rank in comparison. Rankings being somewhat subjective, Ild appreciate community feedback in developing these lists.
My short term goal for the team would be to establish a working relationship with player managers. Discussing their player skills, performances, goals and future aspirations. Ild like to get the community more involved and keep everyone updated with the current NT team, its schedule and hopefully its success

Longer term, Ild like to see a Nippon back at the World Championships with a huge improvement in the overall rankings.
Reasonable communication is constant. Being a NT manager is not something you can take a holiday from. Ild like to establish weekly, fortnightly and monthly updates in relation to the team and players.
