To all New Club Manager;

First of all, I'd like to say Hello to you guys. By the way, I know I may not the best Manager on this League and even has the best players on hands. However, I still has few seasons experiences and feel free to send me BBmail if you have any question.

If you don't feel good to send a mail to ask the guy whose in your League. I can tell you BuzzerBeater Canada has our Mentoring program, you could click the link below. I believe lots of people there are very Happy to answer your questions.

One more, I just wanna tell all the new manager, BuzzerBeater is a slow and long term game. Don't expect to change your team's situation in a second or a week. Read more info., then, set your goal, then spend money.

Good Luck

Ray

I am not worry about the result, cause my side has 1 Robot+ 1 guy didn't operate his team over 5 months+ 1 guy didn't setup his roster for a long time, and couple new managers, should be more easy than your. Anyhow, I am not ready to get promotion as well.

What about you? Are you ready to get back to D2 next season?

wow, Marcos Pont is a good trainee. Unfortunately, all my focus is on my SF, otherwise I am really sure I will try to net him.

You don't have enough players on PF and C, I just wonder why don't you keep Pont. Cause it's hard to pick a good potential rookie with his height; and his potential is better than Clayton.

yeah he looks good. i stopped playing buzzerbeater near the end of last season and ended up not training Husk for 5 weeks. I will probably regret this later.

But you save some money at the same time. If you keep train the OD and JS, his salary may jump to $15000+ weekly. You know what, it really make me headache. The player's JS rating from 14 to 15 could cost you $6000 per week. My arena still not as big as Team Dragon, if I train my player and end up cost $50000 per month 2 seasons later, he will become my liability at D3.

Beside, Team Dragon is FXXXXXX crazy, his arena is very big, actually bigger than enough. He get $200000+ weekly from his arena (250K last game). If he manage his team and ticket price well, I believe he could be one of the power house in Canada after 2-3 seasons.

"Yeah III.7 is a huge change for me compared to the greatly competitive III.8 where i had to have a nearly 400k salary to promote.

Adding to that, is III.8 the most competitive league in Division III? "

You could say they are one of the most competitive league in D3, but I don't think those 4 leading teams' a wealth team as well. They will come back to D3 one season after they got promote. Just like Rasta Raptors (got promotion 2 seasons ago at III.7 now at III.14), Great Ming (got promotion last season, and I have confident he will come back to D3 next season)
