No idea why the thread was closed. I would have asked that question yesterday or earlier today if you responded to previous one. Inverted patient is based on luck and we both know it because it creates mess offensively.
Also, it is that approach that it is better to be safe than sorry the reason I would choose kozlik. i want Canada's NT to win something, and we are not the main favourites so without taking risk that is not going to happen. How mnay scrimmages with team on or close to NT level can you set after the allstar brake? Less then the tactics, let alone correcting found mistakes and trying different approach to same tactic.
I respect you greatly as manager, just dont think that you ahve enough experience for that transition period,, and I think that this transtion (addition of new elements) is our chance where risk needs to be taken and the best person to take it is the one with highest experience. For the term after that our stars will start declining and who knows how long it will take until we are so strong again? (here I have to say thanks to organizing training because thanks to you that time might come fairly soon, and thats why I think if both of you team up that would be perfect, but I would prefer if kozlik had final say on the tactics)
