You're probably wondering what BOBO stands for. It stands for Bid Or Best Offer. This suggestion is a way to improve the player market. Have you ever liked a player on the transfer list that nobody has bid on, but is out of your price range?
Here's what you can do. Say for example, a player is listed at $250,000 and nobody has bid on him. You don't want to pay that much so your best offer would be $200,000. See you save $50,000 while the owner would also be happy to sell the player. After you submit your best offer, the seller can have a set amount of days to accept or decline the offer.

This is great on Ebay but doesn't work here with no "Buy it now" option or the ability to set a current and a maximum bid.

Basically, that's opening the door for abuse by allowing teams to transfer players specifically to other teams only - for example, let's say that you have a player that I really like and because you're in awe of my posting abilities and mesmerized by a beagle in a bib, we work out a shady deal. You list the player at $9M, and then I put in a low low "best offer" - at which point you accept and the player moves. If for some reason someone else has the high bid you just reject it, and keep going until my lowball bid is the "winner".

It's trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist; if you would be happy to sell the player at $200,000, list the player at $200,000.

Actually it brings up plenty "problems" with instant transfers aswell. The minimum period of Transfer Listing of three days offers up alot of Gameplay strategic Values - your opponents might see him, you have to take into calulaction if and when he leaves, what happens if he doesn´t and so on.

An instant sale option without the 3 day time makes some things in franchise planning alot different and alters the whole roster management situation. It´s not only a minor chance, but a pretty big one you have to count into any "pro / contra" situation.
