1v1 trains Driving primarily. Handling also gets a big boost from it, and Jump Shot is also trained.

The difference between 1v1 guards and 1v1 forwards is that 1v1 guards gives a bigger boost to Jump Shot, whilst 1v1 forwards also trains Inside Shot. Both options train Driving and Handling at roughly the same rate, according to the BB training project, so the choice comes down to whether you want more JS training, or more IS training...

Ball Handling PG training gives a lot more training to Handling and a bit more to Driving, but not much else. In fact according to the numbers I'm looking up, the total pops gained from PG Ball Handling versus One on One Forwards is almost the same, just distributed differently.

Out of interest, what could one expect per week when training a 206cm HOF in pressure (OD)?

Thanking you.

Its about what I figured.

Williams when he is 23yo will be about the same when he does a season of ID

Realistically they're both going to get 3 pops a season in the hard yards of D and maybe another 1 or 2 pops a season for the 2 or 3 weeks each season where my team only has 2 games and I train 2 position stuff

I know this isn't the best place to post this but I was wondering how much slower inside skills would train on a 6'2 small forward. Would it be worth sticking it out or would it be painfully slow. Just that there is a guy I wanna buy and train as an inside/outside SF but don't want to waste my coin if he trains too slow

depends on how many pops you want to give him for his inside skills.

in general though, yes 6'2 is painfully slow for inside skills. What skills do you need to pump him on? If its inside shot, then you could consider training 1n1 for Forwards, instead of 1n1 for guards, because this will suppliment his IS (1n1 for forwards trains Dr, Hd, and IS :))

If he needs ID, then yer, it's a bit of a tough road. What is his ID now?

Rebounding is a bit easier, because RB training is two position training, so you can always have him be part of a wider Rebounding training program and its easier for him to get 48+ minutes during the week.

but really, its going to depend on his starting inside skills, would you like to post them here?

I'm happy to make him stronger outside then inside but still want him to be serviceable inside

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: mediocre
Driving: awful Passing: awful
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious
