This managers says that he could go to the 79th mouth and find those "vampire's fangs". I've tried but I can't go further than 27.
Did he find a hidden surprise? Is it a bug?

Well, I guess it had to happen eventually

His player no longer has the fangs and he won't be able to do it again.
