ID, ID and more ID right now. Then some IS. Get them up while he's young. You can probably get ID and IS to 10+ each which will assure him a permanent position in the NT. I know this sounds funny but training SB to 2 might be an idea when he's piggy backing on your 2 SF traiinees, I just have this theory that the difference between 1 and 2 on players skills is massive and may even effect their overall skill. Plus it really sticks out like a sore thumb when you go to transfer them.
