i have got a hall of famer centre that i played in pf/c position last week and i trained rebound but he didn't pop up. I played him solely this week because i forgot to play him pf dis week, he played 75 mins this week at centre so should i keep training rebounding for c/pf dis week or should i boost his other skills like inside scoring ? Help would be much appreciated

A trainee only needs to play in one of the positions listed when you're doing two position training. So you can keep it on rebounding this week and he'll still get the maximum amount of training available and almost certainly get a pop.

From the 21 NT point he needs to get his IS and RB both to 12 as a 1st step. I would do rebounding this week. But it does not make a huge difference this week.
And in ASG week and off season do some 1on1 for forwards.
