When someone gets a fine or a forum ban and that person sends an appeal via BB Appeal mail, I think it should be MANDATORY for that person to get a reply mail for both NO and YES verdicts. It is rude when you take time out of your day to appeal a bogus fine or ban and you get no reply back. I know GMs are volunteers and are probably busy....but come on..Reply and give an answer. It's called common courtesy!
2nd.
If the GMs fine someone...I would like them to give an explanation into how they came up with the fine sum. And don't give that BS..."It's top secret" answer. Just tell the user the truth.

Agree with the first point, seems fair.
Not so much with the second.

if you do not hear from us, it is because your appeal was denied.

That needs to be fixed....Not replying is being pretty cowardly...They reply with good news and not reply with the bad news....WEAK!!

I dont know the full details about fines/cheating etc, but I think that - the more informaiton that GM's/BB give to users about cheating, then the more information they have.

Now that actually sounds like a good thing? BB should communicate more information. BU ti actually disagree, the more info they give, the more info people have in order to work out a way around the fines/cheating mechanisms.

by keeping it 'secret', people have less information which means they have less ability to work out a way to get out of fines/argue fines etc.
