I’m going to keep this short and to the point.
I’ve spent the last 2 seasons as manager of the side and wish to continue. During this time I have achieved a few things I wanted.
*Work with managers with training plans.
*Kept an eye out of good prospects on teams going bot to save them.
*Attempted to keep the forum discussion active.
*Used the offsite forum to discuss team tactics, selection and training.
*Generally tried to help the Australian BB community in anyway possible.
*Had some decent results, but in the end both seasons we fell short due to a lack of depth in bigs we just could not beat a few sides. Thankfully this season is a different story with options of good players to leave out of the squad. We have 4, 20 year old bigs who can play 2 seasons in the side.
Before taking on the side I worked closely with 2 of the best we have had. Whitebeard as an assistant for the NT and also Iwen working in player development with the 21 NT side.

We should finish top 2 in Asian this season and then make a decent run in the World Cup the following season.
