This is regarding the luxury tax, or the over-extension tax.

I think the draftee salaries should be fully counted as trained. It's not much difference, 3k only. I believe it could help new teams, and lower division teams though. Also make a small difference between drafted and bought trainee. Starting players should be counted as well.

It's nothing big, but I would really love to see it, starting from the next season.

I agree with this idea and the logic of it distinguishing between draftee and bought trainee
