What does this mean? There's a player with a 2 M salary??? I've seen example with the 28 M. So I guess their calculator for limiting bids of lower level teams is not set even close to some normal value.

LOL it's not confusing, it's just that you're too high ranked :)

My limit is about 85k salary, world rank about 19k

This confused me as well. I think they should have capped the highest salary acquirable at 500k or higher if any salary ever gets that high.

I think it means that you're not good enough to have a $3M/week player, so there's no need to build 100,000 lower tier seats now.
