I want to thank all of you that have voted for me so far. I also want to take this time to discuss some things in case you still aren't sure if I am the right candidate for you to vote for.

As a little back ground on myself, I have been playing BB since season 12. I have been actively participating in all aspects of the NT/U21 since season 14. I am on BB several times a day and view it as a hobby, like many of you probably do too. Outside of BB, I am a 23yo that just graduated from Purdue University and am working as a credit analyst at a local bank. To show how addicted I am to BB, I am on it several times throughout the day during slow times checking up on things and viewing forums. I say this because I want everyone to know how devoted I will be as U21 manager.

As for U21 matters, I want to:

Create Diversity- We have lacked diversity in our pipeline for several seasons now. I have ran for the U21 and NT manager positions every season for, well, I dont know how long, but I have always came up just short of winning. I have continually explained how we needed to get away from the same molds because at some point we will need to be able to run more tactics, and that time is coming closer. With the new GDP feature, although we dont know how strong the effect will be, we will need to be able to run multiple tactics. I want to create diversity inside our pipeline to allow us the opportunity to discuss and decide each season the different tactics we want to run as well as give managers the ability to create a U21 player that can run in something other than LI. This means managers can have more fun with the training and create players to fit their own personalities.

Build The NT Community- This is something we have talked about for some time with the declining numbers on the NT Offsite. Some of the decline is from managers quitting and others losing interest in the NT. I want to create an atmosphere of creativity and team building that will begin bringing in more managers to the offsite. This will be a hard task to do but is one that I believe can be very successful if done correctly. I will be looking for other managers to join in on this, but I want to create excitement and personality for every player. This is something we did in the past with nicknames and other things and was really fun. Also, with more managers having the possibility to train an U21 prospect since we will be encouraging diversity, I am confident that we will have more managers that will be willing to join the offsite.

These aren't the only things I want to do, but they are the major ones.

I want to thank, once again, those that have voted so far. I also want to thank the others running for U21 and the successful debate we have had so far. If you have any questions for me, feel free to ask in the debate thread.

For what its worth - 1 vote - after reading this election forum over the past days, I will vote for you.
The best part of this election is I have learned much about NT Teams and BuzzerBeater strategy.
Also, I just joined the offsite forum after reading these.

I am now much more interested in NT games after reading this. I never even looked at them in the past year while I was playing this game. Honestly, this sounds like a lot of work for the candidate who wins. I have a lot more re3spect for the effort NT managers put into this.

Best of luck to you tonight. You've been an exceptional candidate, and I hope for nothing more than for us to never leave this game, and build upon the foundations laid by so many great managers before us.
