Lets get ready for this season!

S26Great 8 team rankings:

Maybe somebody else can look at Big 8. Any comments on this would be appreciated.

1. Buffalo
Has weakness at SF and PF but is solid at other positions and has probably the best player in the division with Nguyen at Center. Maybe he can carry the load and bring them to championship. Look for a late season pickup to get this team over the top.

2. NYC
Good players at every postion and has good backups at all positions. Will definitely contend this year especially if makes pick up later in year.

3. Carbondale
Good players at all positions and has good backups at all positions.

4. Logjammers
Solid team at all positions except PG. Look for this team to get a PG and contend for the championship.

5. Jersey
Very good SG, very weak at PG and good at other positions. Team has depth issues. Might be saving money to make late in year purchase if still in running.

6. Clermont
Weak at SF/PG and has a good SG on selling block. Like Jersey this team might make purchses to get in mix later in year.

7. Awesome
Weak at alll positions. Saving money for next season?

8. Detroit
Has not logged on in 3 weeks so wait till next year.

Thats a great analysis Shabaka, last season was definitely in favor of the Arutunians since he TIE'd every game up to the finals, while the Great 8 was a real headache to deal with, and it still is. We have a handful of dedicated managers in his league, lets keep that way. Polar Bears looks a team to reckon with, he has a ton of cash with the Lily trade. Lets see how long teams can stay in the cup as this season unravels.

Big 8 rankings

1. Creamycrackhawks
Excellent PG, below average at PF and solid at other positions.

2. Bronks
Above average at SG and C. weak at PF, average at PG/SF.

3. Maguahuitl
Below average at one of the wings, Front line is solid and average at other 2 positions.

4. los indomables
C/SF solid players, below average at PF. average in back court.

5. Polar Bears
Average at PG/SF, weak at other positions. Has $3MM+ in warchest. He will be a stronger competitor when pulls trigger on purchases. Will it be this season or next is the question.

6. UK Nuggets
Average to below average at all positions. Probably saving $ for next season

7. SB Warriors
Poor at all positions. Probably saving $ for next season.

8. Big Boy Kings
Has not logged in for a month. He is dropping or will have cash for purchases this season / next in Div V

Great to be in a somewhat active league. Not sure what my plan will be, but I'm focusing on training for sure this season. If I can find a way to remain competitive I might make some purchases.

great job on the rankings. but i dont think im the best team. but i do think i have the best player in the league...lol but i lack depth and am looking to just get younger and might make a pick up later but right now just looking to not get demoted...lol

Yeah....you lost a pretty close one to Carbondale, anyways it should be a great game between you and me tomorrow.
