Many players are useless. I am crippled if I start a player with Atrocious Stamina because I get so little value from his salary so why have him on my team at all. Atrocious Handling and Passing are just as bad but Many are 4-5 pops away from being a USA D3 starter

I love the GE. Its a beautiful and oft misunderstood thing.

What I want.

In concept I want to be able to ship some players off to get training at schools and camps in specific areas.

Camps could include every training type or just GS Stamina FT Handling Passing.

This would give teams a chance to train players coming off an injury in GS

It would lead to more, better balanced players.

It would give teams a chance to develop specialty players that are amplified by different tactics but have core skills that don't hurt the team..

Take the trainers that go unbought from the TL. assign them to teach a camp. Maybe 10 spots in a camp. Managers buy spots in the camps and send their players "away" Players remain visible but unusable in lineups and managers are charged their salary as normal.

Ways to charge on top of paying the weekly salary could include.
-charge a one time fee for the difference in the players salary calculation
-charge a share of the trainers salary, if the camp was full with 10 to start, as players get called back the other managers get charged a bigger share of his salary.

Don't like. It's a rich get richer thing. new managers have less cash flow for this. Higher div teams can too easily abuse

My initial problem with the suggestion is the fact that it's not like there aren't already a whole ton of players available in the game - I don't think it would be good for the game economy to make serviceable players even more plentiful and less difficult to create.
