I think it would be cool to have another player skill, a chemistry rating. Like maybe next to either game shape or experience have chemistry.

One player cannot have chemistry. A team however, can. How about personality types? An aggressive player type would commit more fouls, but will play hard nosed basketball(drive to the rim with no concern of injury, grab boards with ease, etc). An entertainer, like the title states, plays entertaining basketball, and gets along with teammates quite well. He is a fan favorite, and more fans are likely to watch your games if he's a part of it. His flashy moves however, come at a price. Behind the back passes, crazy lobs, and sick crossovers are all part of his game, but turnovers are likely. You get the point, come up with some more.

Conservative guy.

Doesn't dunk does lay-ups instead, only takes high percentage shots, doesn't shoot FG too often, passes only to wide open players, so when he gets ball typically takes more clock time. Doesn't get offensive rebounds because they get back on defense. Doesn't go for steals as often or blocks as often or commits fouls as often...

etc etc etc. can go on forever with this stuff.

Personally, I'd still rather see a "Speed/Agility" and "Strength/Power" stat. Some guys are just quicker, some guys are just stronger....

just have them be un-trainable stats... but give benefit to training stats that play to their strengths (small benefit) and difficulty to training away from their strength (small penalty). If you are lucky enough to have a guy good in both, bonus, if you have a guy in both, congratulations you drafted Greg Oden/Kwame Brown/Olowakandi/ insert other horrible #1 draft pick here.
