His potential is a bit low, so you have to be careful how you train him.

I would start by training OD/PA until they hit 10/7. Next, train 1v1 Guards until his HA/DR are both at 9. After that, I would train IS/ID to 11/10, to make him a bit more balanced. REB causes a lot of salary and eats up how much training space he has left, so avoid it if you can.

When done with that, I recommend doing JR to 6 so he can shoot a little, but with height and how fast JR trains, it might take you a while. I would finish him off by training JS to 12, OD to 14, HA/DR to 13, and hammer PA until he hits 10. If you are cautious, he can look like this:

11 10
8 3


According to http://www.buzzer-manager.com/estimation_salaire/, he would have a salary of 26k and will have used up 91-100% of his cap.

That's a great build BigDogs. A player like that would be excellent in D3 and a capable backup in D2. Very nice
