I've seen tons of various suggestion about how we should change the draft system, introduce youth teams etc.

I was wandering how many of us are actually happy with the current system, and don't want to change it?

I mean, I've encountered different systems on other games, they mostly base on weekly pulling of the young players. It is implemented in Basketsim, Trophy Manager, Hattrick. I really prefer our system, where there is a draft at the beginning of each season.

I also don't think it needs any kind of change, I like the current rate of how often high potential players are created, if we have more mvp+ they just get cheaper on the transfer list. More usable players? I mean eliminate the 19y old, benchwarmers etc. Why? There is enough trainable players already, there are tons of them on the TL, adding more would further devaluate them.

It would be nice if someone made a poll, I just noticed I can't, since I'm not a supporter.

Also, the managers might be doing it wrong. Why is everyone training those high potential players, with weak secondary skills, whose salaries they can't afford anyway? Perhaps it's better to take some high starting skills players instead, if you build them efficient, they can be a part of your rotation at any level.

Just take this player for example (17061476) He was an important part of Mloty Stargard team, who won B3! If perennial allstar is good enough for B3 finals, don't you think it's good enough for divs II, III, IV?
