I don't know how to train him. Can someone give me a training plan?

OD up to at least mediocre, do it now, he is tall and will train slowly, especially as he ages. Then shot blocking up to about strong, that should get you to about the middle of next season. From there you can basically decide what you want. Do you want a post defender? An inside/outside scorer? An inside bruiser? Really up to you.

Since his potential is fairly low, I wouldn't go to overboard with any one skill unless you want to max him out.

EDIT: I almost forgot, get him a little more rebounding, but not too much, to goes up quickly and eats up potential

I would give him at least 2 pops in OD, then get him to 8 PA. Next, I would do some JS/1v1 Forwards for JS/HA/DR. After getting most of his secondaries near 8, I would go back to his inside skills and train ID/REB.
