Need a little help here guys...
How can you tell what the cap is on a player's development based on his Potential rating? I don't want to waste training on a player who's capped, but on the other hand, I want to get my players to their maximum potential. I'm assuming it's based on the sum of the characteristic ratings, but are they weighted in some way? Are there any tricks to maximizing the end ratings of a player based on potential, i.e. focus only on three core attributes vs. a balanced build of all attributes vs. something in between?
