Am I lucky to have a world renowned trainer who focuses on fitness or it doesn't really matter?

You're lucky. Unlesss you are vastly over paying for him like you probably are. Generally you do not need a WR trainer.... you specifically do not need one because your best trainee is a 20 year old HOF 3k player.

Fire him as soon as possible. He will just eat up your finances with his monstrous salary and won't bring any visible advantage to training your players, especially when you don't have any young talents. If you really really want to train them, you should fire your current trainer and buy an advanced one or even lower.

Well yes. But unless you are training a monster for the U21 NT or NT and have no desire to do well in league play, than a WR trainer is generally a bad idea. The bad outweighs the good by a lot.
