What if BB had it where each player developed chemistry with other players over a length of time, like maybe it takes a full season for a player to get 100% chemistry with other players. This will make it more important to train home grown talent and less so on buying players from the market. Maybe players from the same country can automatically have 10% chemistry and build chemistry from there, any ideas?

I agree, I was just throwing ideas out there. This could really hurt day traders too.

I love the idea, and 1 season to go from 0 to 100% seems really good to me, also those 10% from country seems nice ;)

I like the idea but one season to get 100% chemistry is a little bit too much imho. Sometimes teams have to sell/buy players for various reasons. (injury, wrong/bad planing, to good to be true deal on the transfermarket, no success -> less money from homegames...etc.)

Another idea would be to let Experience influence the "growth" of chemistry as well. Experienced players already know how to adjust to a new team/system. Younger players on the other hand might need more time to feel comfortable in a new surrounding. :)
