Was just wondering how the enthusiasm ratings work in the play offs, do they get halved every time because you play 'Playoff Crunch Time'? And how effective are the enthusiasm ratings if you have them really high? Thanks!

Playoff crunch time is the equivalent of a normal in the regular season.

Playoff normal is the equivalent of a TIE in the regular season.

So no, your enthusiasm won't get halved for PO CTing.
