Other than replacing inside offense with "defense" that pretty much sums it up. Although, if you have really good OD on PG and SG positions and relatively good OD/ID on SF I'd personally be willing to chance using 2-3

Yep agree with the others. Works really well if your opponents guards are a major part of an inside offense. Otherwise it won't effect as much in terms of the bigs. I would even say try to have some OD on your PF and SF to contest those jumps hots taken.
