+10% or -10% are given to ID or OD, but you have to guess both right. Means a right guess on style (inside or outside) AND speed (slow, normal or fast)

I think its a bit more complicated than that

Lets just use one of the options as an example.

Opponent players Motion (ie: Outside offence)
There are 4 possible scenarios:
You guess Outside = +10%
You don't use the feature at all = 0%
You guess Balanced = -10%
You guess Inside = -15%

I read somewhere that basically, the further you are away from the right answer, the bigger 'penalty'. Im not saying the above percentages are correct, im just highlighting that it might not be a simple as a +/- 10%
