I've thrown my hat in as a candidate for NT coach. I am an active local manager and log in multiple times a day. I'm an active reader of the forums but haven't been as active talking. I will be sure to increase my communication with the Nippon community as NT manager.
I will do my best to continue the success of Kilrtom. Starting by reaching out to him to gain his guidance on what has been successful. I will also study our past games to see what led to success and failure. I also have some of my own theories on the game which I can work in.
Also, I have my own player Tetsu Takabe who has just finished his U21 career. I am developing him for NT and as a result will have my own personal commitment to the team.
