I just drafted a young center who i intend to start training...BUT I still have 2 guards that I'm still wanting to train. Should i simply use Team Training, Game shape???? Or rotate every other friday....????? This week I train the center and and next friday train the guards???? I read somewhere that game shape training is a good way to train bigs and smalls at the same time. THAT, was a while back. HELP

Read that until you understand and can answer your own question. Then read it again.

I would recommend ditching one of the guards and train one position training. You will sacrifice some of your ability to win as you will have one player out of position, but take advantage of scrimmages and easy wins/likely loses to play one of the players out of position. Plus you can do one-on-one forwards which is a solid training type of any player (unless you are going way overboard with handling or driving). If you go with one-on-one forwards route now you might be able to keep both guards for now.

Training three players at a time is tough, I have a third "trainee" and he misses out on a lot of training. Really he is just a guy who I am developing into a solid backup and that is about it.

Why should he ditch one of the guards
I have always trained 3 at a time and they all get trained almost always
playing that Center out of position is just what he needs to get secondaries to make him a complete player.
First however as Mr Clogs points out:
Better get a better clue on training

I say that because both are 20 and not too far along, plus I am trying to train three players right now and one consistently receives partial training unless I am doing one-on-one forwards, jump shot or rebounding. I guess ditching a player may not be necessary, but pick two who you will always get 48+ minutes and make them the primary trainees.

I agree. First two are the primary trainees and third is the redheaded step child.
