I am not able to scrimmage my own team am I?

If I want to be dumb enough to injure players from both my teams I should be allowed to right?

It's been noted that you can't scrimmage between your own teams. Could be seen as minute fixing. Maybe you could get them into the same PL and have fun with it that way? Haha
