How do I enter my name in the election to be coach of the national team?

At this point, you'll have to wait till the end of the season. At the start of Season 28, U21 managers will be elected, and at the start of Season 29, senior NT managers. To run, go to the "NT Election" page (3rd grouping from the bottom when using the long menu) and I believe there's just a button you select to put your name on the ballot. Then you make your speech, answer questions in the debate thread, and hope for the best!

You just missed the most recent elections, so you'd have to wait until the next elections after this season.
