Some guys play 50 minutes in a given week and stay respectable whereas other guys play significantly more minutes and show strong but then another guy who plays those same minutes shows average. What is the deal with the inconsistency when it comes to minutes vs game shape? When i only played my top guy 50 minutes this week I was sure he would show proficient game shape and the fact that he didnt pisses me off.

50 minutes is not usually the minute ideal for a week so you shouldn't be pissed. I think 60-65 minutes is the sweet spot if you want proficient Gameshape but obviously it varies a little.

Yup, I have noticed if I have players consistently going 80+ minutes for several weeks, the fastest way to bump their game shapes is to play them closer to the 48 min marks.
