My team salary is 165k, with 135k coming from the starting 5 while my 6th man makes up 20 of the remaining 30k. I have a great young PG and PF (my 6th man), but the rest are aging stars. I have 100k wrapped up in Ian Kosta and Marek Kutrzrzeba alone. So what I was wondering is, should I blow up my team (besides Denis Radzevich and Jordi Zurita) and make my team more balanced? I have a crap SG and an aging SF.

Honestly, no. Your team is actually very well balanced and strong overall. All your good players are not aging at all really. Your top players are 27, 27, 22, and 23 in age which is a very nice thing to have for your core players on your team. You have one problem.

GAME SHAPE!

Dang dude, You would be dominating your league I think (Or at least one of the top 2-3 teams for sure) except for some reason your best players are in inept and mediocre game shape. Do you know how to manage game shape? Getting your guys 100+ minutes per week is waaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy too much. If you get them between 60-80 minutes per week instead, they will perform at a much higher level.

There is absolutely no reason to blow up your team. YOU NEED TO ADD PLAYERS TO YOUR TEAM. 9 players is simply not enough. I would look at getting that number up to 12-14 ASAP. It looks like you will probably be out of the cup this week since you are facing hrudey, so I would start looking at adding small salary players to increase the size of your roster. Once you get more players on your team and your star players get up into the 8-9 GS range, you should begin to dominate a lot of your games. If you need help managing minutes or have questions about GS, feel free to ask me, because right now that is your only problem. Nothing wrong with your players and no need to blow up your team. Just manage their minutes more efficiently.

He will be out of the Cup unless he injures probably four of my players relatively early. This would be an ideal time to start fixing that GS problem by not playing his starters in a game that he's going to lose.
