How do the teams in B3 get selected? There are some teams around the world rank of 20,000. How do they make it?

You have to win your countrie's cup or their D1 championship.

or get a wild card ( if the number of teams in B3 is even, the best (in WR) not-qualified team gets qualification)
Also champions of previous B3 (like Dionysus or Venomous Scorpions) are always qualified to B3.

Actually, you can find this informations in game's manual, so there's no reason to create this topic.
