I'm kind of a new player and i don't know if this is true but if you have only 2 games a week, no scrimmages, will that boost the GS

Optimal GS is attained by player playing roughly 50-65 minutes per week. So, if a player starts two games, playing 30-35 min both times, they will consistently be in good Game Shape.

You should always have a scrimmage because it gives you an extra game for training and balancing the minutes of your backups. Just don't play your starters.
