can someone please explain training speed to me, i know its based on age but that all i know, if anyone can provide a more detailed explanation, i will appreciate it

thanks, but what i meant was it based on age, does training speed decrease at 30, 28, 26... and when it decreases, it will decrease by how much, at what point is it no longer worth it to train a player?

It decreases every year the player grows older. I dont think the decrease is linear but it goes from 100 percent at 18 to like 92 percent at 19. I think it hits 0 about 28

Training speed does decrease as a player ages. How fast it decreases depends on several factors, such as the height of the player, level of the trainer and if the trainer has any specialties.

wow thats alot faster then i thought it was, i would have thought it would start to decrease at about 26 yrs of age, thanks for the info

This training simulator is definitely wrong.
I am training a 26, 25 and 24 yo at the moment and the speed is not as low as posted here.

Looks to me like an undifferentiated statistical approach without taking potential cap into account.
Sure most players will train very slow at 24 but thats because most players that are being trained are allstars and p. allstars and those are most likely near potential cap at 24.

im using the training simulator, and my 23 and 24 yr old guards ad SF are popping when the training simulator says they will. The only skills that are popping faster are IS, and 1 other skill that is 4 skill points below others (elastic effect, not error in the training simulator). Therefore, I believe the simulator is remarkably close to correct.
