Hey fellow BB'ites (Don't know the correct term),
Drawing the middle of this season, I'm of course already planning the season ahead, and what I can do to further improve my chances of promoting to Div 2 Australia!
MY trainee guards have come to almost an end (23&24) and its now time to decide what I' going to do for trainees in the next few seasons.
Here are my options...
Option1.
convert from training guards and attempt to draft or buy an 18Yo big man to train alongside the 7'1" 18Yo big man I have this year. (Ive been training him at pg alongside the others to gather best team results he only has star potential so not too keen on him as a main trainee)+
Following this option I would be inclined to train big men for the rest of my Buzzer beater life. meaning I would buy SF's, SG's and PG's on the Transfer list
Option2.
I sell or leave my possible trainee I picked up in last years draft. (If I keep him he will stay in the team as a buckup/dud)
and try and pickup a guard in the draft or Transfer market.
This option would mean I continuously train guards for the rest of my BB career and buy C's PF's and SF's
Option 3.
So now I have my options of training either bigs or small for the rest of my gaming experience. This third option that I cam up with would be to train 5-6 years on and off big and small men, By following this process the only player I would have to pickup in the Transfer market would be Small Fwds. This seems economical although it makes sense that if it truly was a good idea, everyone would be doing the same thing and the TL would be dead.
Feel free to look at my roster and give me any other advice you choose.
The real thing I'm tring to get out of this is what do I do in terms of looking at my next trainee
Thanks in advance,
Kingguley
