I have a 23 year old SF with great skills except for a couple things. He has mediocre JR and respectable RB. So do you guys prefer a lot of range on your SF's? And how much RB?

For higher divisions, I'd probably bump both up considerably. For DIV I'd say rebounding to prominent/prolific and JR to proficient would be solid, especially if the JR training pops JS again...

Respectable RB is enough for him. I don't know his inside skills but his salary shows that his inside skills arent very high. So you will still train his IS and ID so that means his RB also will have some sub-traning. That means you can have a pop in RB sometime in the future even if you won't train it. And lets say RB will be 8. 8 RB is enough for your SF. You can check the market if you want to see the RB levels of SFs. They are always low in RB.

Actually he has pretty good inside skills. Prolific IS and ID.

For his final form I think IS should be wondrous and defense should be sensational. You don't have to train these skills now but some time in the future, you should have these inside skills foryour sf. That means he can have a pop in ribo while you train IS and ID.
