May I know what level is better to pick because I will train next season.

I will train patiently and I dont want to spend too much but I want a pretty good payer after 4 seasons.

I'd say level 5 or even 4. Each level after level 4 is really expensive for what you gain, so you seriously have to ask yourself if the few weeks earlier finishing your training is worth all the extra money. If you really want to maximize training for the U21 national team for example, a higher level trainer could make the difference, but it's still a lot of money, I think often spent better elsewhere.

Just check the staff market, a lvl 4 trainer has salary of around 13k, a lvl 5 trainer has around 25k (it can be lower but the buy price will be 200k+), and a lvl 6 trainer is 30k I believe (haven't checked for what prices they go, maybe it's more).

So say you can buy a 28k lvl 5 trainer for ~100k as opposed to a 13k lvl 4 trainer for 25k, do you think a having your pops come 3-5 weeks earlier after 4 seasons of training is worth the 900k? (14 weeks x 4 seasons x 15k difference in salary + 75k buying price).

I believe it was something (approximately) like:

lvl 1: 50% speed
lvl 2: 75%
lvl 3: 87,5%
lvl 4: 93.75%
lvl 5: 96.875%
lvl 6: 98.4375%

It would be something like each next level is half the difference with the previous level better than the current level. Of course this is not exact, but I heard/believe this model comes close enough. So the difference between lvl 4 and 5 is ~3% in this model. Over 4 seasons, that would mean a difference of 2 weeks. This might be a little pessimistic so therefore I put 3-6 weeks. Still, that is not an awful lot to pay close to a million for don't you say?
