Just a quick question, I've had a look around and cannot figure out how/when I can change my team's name?

Is there a window to do this during the off season?

yes only in the offseason, from memory it is available from when offseason processing starts up until the first game of the new season. It will appear on your team overview page under the country rank info (I think)
