In answer to your original question, I don't know whether you will go bankrupt or not - but to be honest, that's not the biggest problem that you're facing. I don't mean to dash your hopes at glory, but I've had a look at your team and given your current financial situation, I'd almost recommend starting again.
Your roster is a senior citizen's convention, you have no trainees and no-one decent under the age of 33. That means you're paying more in salary to each player than what they're worth, and that's only going to get worse, not better. And what if you do happen to win, and you promote? Your arena isn't large enough, it isn't ready for D2, and you'll get demoted back to where you are now in a worse position for it. As a comparison, take a look at the team that just got demoted from my D2 league, West Coast Steel
(38690). They have a much larger arena than you, and a decent mix of young and old talent, and they pay more in salary than you do. They weren't quite good enough for this D2 league this season, but I have no doubt they'll be back with a little luck.
I don't want to be the voice of doom and gloom, but I think that the sooner you make some hard decisions for your team, the better. Sell your older guys while they still have some value (and cut your weekly salary bill while you're at it), and find somehow to get some youth in the squad. I remember when I first promoted to D3, my first season I scrapped hard and avoided relegation, but I could see it wasn't going to get me where I wanted long term. I made the decision to sell off all but one of my trainees and tank a season - and it wasn't because they were bad players, one of those I sold ended up playing in B3. But out of it, I drafted a 5/5 18yo C when I demoted who is now my second best player, and training him alongside my primary trainee and a third one I picked up later, I've got a core of players that has taken me to 2nd in my D2 with a shot at the ABBL, maybe this season, probably in the seasons to come.
Good luck and I hope you can fix your team and turn it around.
