In my last scrimmage I did LCD and Jernigan didn't play a single minute even though I set a lineup.
This is for all of you who told me I have to do LCD so, I don't like LCD.
I won't use it unless there is a reason for this.

First, no one told you have to play LCD (at least not to my knowledge) the conversation was all about playing blank lineups.

Second, if you set a lineup with LCD then you screwed up. Everyone is well aware that doing that is a disaster. You must use Blank with LCD. Based on all of the players playing time, you made an error.

Perhaps I don't understand your comments. If this is regarding blank ~Blank is a viable option in lots of instances for you to completely dismiss it is alarming, especially considering you want to run the U21 program. At the NT level training is very important and I cannot comment on your experience here but winning is even more important. The NT is not an experiment, it is a competition! Your job as the manager of it is to do all you can to win. If that means using blank from time to time then you should be open to using it.

Okay, sorry if I sounded rude it wasn't the way I meant it.
I was using it because managers on the Help forum told me it works.
I tried it out.I tried it because it was a scrimmage.Twas the reason why I used a scrimmage.
I just think it's safer without using BL because of Beauchemin's skills.
I don't want anyone to look at this game and say that I don't manage the team properly because it was an experiment and they had 2 21 year olds on their team.

Sparky,I understand what you are saying but if you are going to use strategy that was discussed you need to use it properly.

When using a blank you MUST leave all positions empty and set it to LCD. Based on your comments and the game sheet this clearly did not happen. If you want to experiment with BLANK be sure to do it correctly otherwise you are not getting a fair gauge of its use.

The way you set the lineup was a disaster and you are correct, it will not win many games like that. Please ask someone if it does not make sense as given the lineup you set there is some confusion.

When set properly (blank), LCD is by far the best lineup for national teams. I would hazard a guess that all the top NT coaches use this in every big match as well as all the top teams in B3. Setting an exact lineup should only be the preferred choice when you're either training players, managing minutes or both.

Either way sparky, good luck. Hope you return for another term as coach.
