Hello everyone,as you might know,
last year I Canada's U21 manager half way through the season because of some sad events.
I came into my job with no time to scout and
I couldn't fire players from the roster without hurting our team's enthusiasm.
I am a capable manager and I returned to Naismith again this year and
I have done all the scouting but, the new draftees because of the late draft last night. I have been helping managers with training plans and know the skills of every player under 21 but not drafted last year so,
I know what I want to do next season with them. I am glad to have received the job last year and I hope I do again.
Good luck to every Canadian manager out there
and good luck to our U21 and NT teams.

Have played the game before 2x. I can get results. I know how to scout, train, use tactics, etc.
If someone else wins I will be glad to help on the offsite. Speaking of which I need to get on it.

Hi everybody,

I've played the game for a while now, and know what it takes to win or lose games. Obviously I don't have experience at the NT level like Sparky here but I'm a big fan of training and I've been doing it since the beginning (as a matter of fact my best player is my first real draftee, and I have 2 others in the works as well).
I worked in the background with the late Kumiko in the past, establishing draftees list for example.
I know the current crop of young players is quite slim, so the next 2 years are important for the future of Canada, both at the U21 and NT level, so it's important to get as much manager involved as possible.

Why should you vote for me instead of Sparky or Cletus ? The main reason would be to have a different approach on tactics, away from the usually inside dominant teams. It might be related to my past as a PG when I played basketball, but I've always preferred outside-focused team with an emphasis on passing, with inside players dominating on the rebounds and defense, even though they don't score that much. I believe on the long term it could be an efficient way of bringing Canada back on top.
