This is normal behavior for our cup generation code but were working on a change now that will include all human teams in Utopia. We may need to "borrow" some bot teams from other leagues to do it though, but I don't think anyone will mind.
So if the community manages to somehow push a bot team from another country through to win the Utopia Cup, do we get some sort of global achievement (and more importantly, would this ruin your faith in humanity)?
Seriously, though, thanks for the quick fixes for Cup and promotion issues. With so much going on and this being a new territory, that's got to be stressful.
