Ok, so I picked up this guy on the TL and reaaaallllyy want to train him to be a SF. How should I do it?

You might want to make him an outside SF or an SG with above-average inside skills. First, I would train OD with a little PA until he hits strong. After that, I would probably train JS/1v1 to make his other guard skills about equal. At some point, you would also want to hit his inside skills.

maybe something like this:

he has no holes but is not really good in anything. an all around SF for league II or lower. train passing, OD and range a few seasons. then ID an a bit rebouding and finish with 1on1 so you can train him already in the SF slot.
